Greet customers politely and professionally.
Take orders at the counter and provide advice on products and promotions.
Handle cash register operations (processing payments, giving change, managing card payments).
Deliver orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare food items according to standardized procedures.
Prepare side items, including assembling and topping fries.
Strictly apply food hygiene and safety rules (hand washing, wearing gloves, temperature control).
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation (work surfaces, equipment) and dining area (tables, floors, trash bins).
Clean kitchen equipment according to a defined schedule (fryers, grills).
Perform dishwashing duties (cleaning dishes, utensils, and containers).
Store deliveries (fresh products, packaging, beverages).
Prepare and store products in cold storage or at room temperature as required.
Monitor stock levels and report needs to the supervisor.
Work as part of a team in coordination with other staff, managers, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours.
Strictly follow brand standards for quality, speed, and cleanliness.
Apply safety procedures (fire safety, evacuation, equipment handling).
