Your main responsibilities:

(We will train you in each of these areas — no prior knowledge is required.)

• Greet patients warmly and professionally.Answer questions and direct people around the clinic.
• Learn how to perform preliminary tests (full training provided).
• Help with scheduling appointments, answering calls and responding to emails.
• Work with the clinical team to ensure that the day runs smoothly.
• Participate in promoting our products and a few simple local marketing initiatives.

Depending on your interests, you may also learn:

• How to analyse glasses and lenses,
• How to assemble glasses,
• How to bill,
• Or any other task that motivates you.

Your profile:

• You enjoy helping, welcoming and creating a pleasant atmosphere.
• You are organised, positive and comfortable learning new things.
• You enjoy working in a team and contributing to collective success.
• An interest in content creation or marketing is an asset, but definitely not required.

• Full-time position (35 to 40 hours).
• Stable 5-day schedule: Saturday to Wednesday, no evenings.
