For our Center Laval branch, we are recruiting a department manager;
Your responsibilities will be:
Manage the human resources entrusted to it (recruitment, training, evaluation, recognition, discipline, dismissal, scheduling and payroll management, etc.);
Ensure that the tasks and responsibilities entrusted to employees have been carried out and see that they have the technical, material and human support necessary to fulfill them;
Ensure the quality of customer service in the branch by promoting the mobilization and responsibility of the team in this regard;
Ensure the implementation of the standards established at Renaud-Bray (layout and marketing), supervise the choice of products on display and ensure that order is maintained on the shelves;Provide ideas and suggestions in order to increase branch sales;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best sellers and new products on the market and pass it on to employees and managers;
Carry out any other responsibility or task entrusted to him by the immediate superior.
Required profile :
College diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail and / or customer service and one year of experience in personnel management;
Good general culture and keen business sense;
Leadership, sense of responsibility, excellent analytical skills, exemplary communication and varied availability;
Intermediate level of English, and you know how to work on office tools.
