The cashier has a key role in customer service. The cashier must handle the cash register, ensure sales, process merchandise returns and provide excellent customer service.
Tasks and responsabilities:
- Welcome the customers and ensure a good service;
- Execute transactions;
- Bag the merchandise;
- Operate the cash register;
- Process merchandise returns;
- Keep the workplace clean;
- Prepare, place and identify merchandise;
- Answer and manage calls.
Qualifications and skillsrequired:
- Sales experience;
- Customer service experience;
- Speak French and English;
- Ability to manage stress and workunder pressure;
- Team spirit;
- Positive and proactive attitude.
