In support to the manager, the assistant manager ensures the successful operation of the store and excellence in customer service.

Tasks and responsabilities:

• Supervise the team and ensure its continuous training;
• Proceed to open and close the store;
• Advise the customers and answer their questions;
• Prepare, place and identify merchandise;
• Stay informed of new products, promotions and company policies and procedures;
• Provide and ensure a pleasant work environment;
• Manage the visual image of the store.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Sales experience;
• Customer service experience;
• Speak French and English;
