Job description:

• Supervise store operations
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to all store employees
• Maintain customer service standards
• Control inventory levels required for branch performance
• Apply loss prevention procedures
• Be a role model and provide excellent customer service to achieve financial and non-financial objectives
• Ensure optimal merchandising to showcase products. Training is paid at the hourly rate established at the time of hiring.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Retail manager: 2 years
• Retail experience: 1 year 
• Management experience: 1 year
• Be a self-starter
• Make your customer your number 1 priority
• Help make a customer's visit to our store the highlight of their day
