Job description:

The Copy and Print Center (C&P) Representative provides knowledge to support Copy and Print Center customers, applies intermediate technical proficiency and understands the objectives of each shift. Follows processes and procedures and maintains integrity regarding the operation of the C&P. Directs sales and production through the appropriate channels and understands the unique needs of business and consumer customers. This position is knowledgeable about solutions that meet customer needs and recommends products and services that support those needs. Maintains established customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service.

Tasks and responsabilities:

  • Respond urgently to customers in the queue; 
  • Provide customers with accurate information on ITC's products and services, production capabilities and order turnaround time; 
  • Perform production tasks such as processing customer orders efficiently and correctly, paying close attention to details and instructions, managing the project while following proper production procedures (preparation, quality control and finishing)
  • Promote the right production and sales channels that best support customer needs; 
  • Evaluate customers and apply appropriate service principles;
  • Refer high potential customers and more complex orders to the appropriate ITC associate;
  • Evaluate client requirements and make recommendations that add value to the client's project;
  • Ask clients if they have a future project that we can help them with; 
  • Track all correct cash register transactions and safeguard company funds and physical inventory at cash counters; 
  • Thoroughly understand all company policies and procedures related to his/her position as outlined on the training checklist; 
  • Identify and communicate suggestions for improving the ITC
  • As per policy, personal items (e.g., bags, tote bags, backpacks, purses) of the incumbent must be checked by a manager before leaving the branch.
